I have had a hankering to go camping lately, so we made it happen! We were super lucky to be able to go with our good friends who have kids the exact same age, which is definitely helpful in a camping scenario. We really lucked out on this trip: wonderful company, perfect weather, and we were at pretty much the most ideal campsite I could hope for.
We were at Ensign Ranch and it was fabulous! We did a hay ride, horse back riding, played in the river, and spent an entire afternoon at their ENORMOUS slip n’ slide. It was such a fun weekend! The babies got good and dirty and the older kids had a ball exploring the great outdoors. We’ll definitely make this a yearly event.

It’s not really camping if you don’t eat smores! I hadn’t had one in AGES and I gotta admit, it was delicious!
