We moved here too late to catch the King County fair, so we drove down to Vancouver 2 weekends ago so that we could go to the Clark County fair. We went with my sister Becky and her family and it was SOOOO fun! Truly, the perfect day. Sam and I got our favorite fatty fair foods and were happy as could be. We had so much fun that we’re going to go to the state fair next month too!
Sam’s dad is running for Vancouver City Council, so Addie and Sam traded off wearing a “Burkman For Council” hat to support his dad. Jack passed the primaries the following week, so it must have helped :) Jack is the hardest working man I’ve ever met and is a huge asset to his community and Washington state as a whole. We are really proud of him and we wish him all the best for the general elections in November. If you live in Vancouver, make sure to vote for Jack Burkman!!!
