The new apartment

     So our apartment turned out to be just great! There are 10 buildings in our complex all with private security gates, and each building is shaped like a square donut with a courtyard and a pool in the middle. We're on the bottom floor on the end of the block, so we only share one wall with other apartments. They are really quiet so far and we have an ideal location. The pool is right outside our front door and we have a gym in our complex too, so I see myself taking full advantage of those during the summer.
     Our apartment is longer shaped. Our front door leads into a huge front room with a big window facing the pool, then we have a smaller kitchen and a hallway with a great walkin storage closet and our bathroom, then it goes into a large master bedroom with another 10-foot-deep walk-in closet. We have a backdoor in our bedroom that leads to a private, fenced patio. Our covered parking spot is just on the other side of our patio fence, so we just park back there and will probably use the back door as our main door.

These were our only shipping casualties... two casserole dishes. I had too many as it was though, so this wasn't a huge loss considering how much we shipped.
